The red savina is perhaps the first super hot pepper. It is in the habanero family but it is decidedly hotter that the orange variety and it has a distinctive sweet flavor. The plant is easy to grow and will get to be quite large. The branches are not very strong so you need to give this plant some support. It can range from 350,000 to nearly 600,000 SHU.
