The Chocolate Linzo Pepper is a cross between a Chocolate Scotch Bonnet and a Thai Birds Eye, created by KhangStarr in 2016. KhangStarr calls this his impossible cross because the inital cross produced so few viable seeds. He said it took all season to collect enough seeds that would sprout. KhangStarr named this variety after his baby girl, Lindsey. The chocolate version is another variation of the Linzo variety. The plant can grow massive with braches soaring pass 5 feet tall. The fruits are very unique, and carry some characteristics of a Thai pepper, but are larger and bumpier. The flavor is described as being very sweet, fruity, and very spicy. The heat lingers a bit longer than its parents. This variety is also one of the most prolific in Khang's garden.
