White Itachi is an amazing Parthenocarpic variety of cucumber.  They produce very large white cucumbers between 9-11" long.  The cucumbers are sweet, crunchy, with small seed cavities.  They're very prolific and requires regular picking in order to produce more cucumbers.  Trellising is recommend for straight uniformed fruits.  They can handle warm climate up to 98F, but direct sun will cause the fruit to turn slightly green.
