Description

The Mad Hatter is a pepper commonly used in Bolivian Cuisine. It is a hybrid of the Bishops crown and is best known for its interesting shape, similar to a Hell's Bells but more of a jester hat shape. It starts of dark green and gets lighter as it grows than it ripens to red.

What are the pros? Good producer, large pods, easy to grow

What are the cons? No spice but this could be a pro, plant is big and takes up space
