This species can grow up to 3 feet tall and it can hold many pods on each branch. The peppers themselves are 3-4 inches in length so therefore branches need to become heavy and will need support. The peppers start as a light yellow-green and turn a pale yellow (you may pick them now before they get much hotter) and then finally to a orange-red color when completely mature. At this point, these peppers can be 25,000 to 35,000 SHU. The skin will have medium thick walls and have a mild citrus flavor.
