Description

The plant will grow to around 3 feet in height and produce yellowish-green peppers that will turn red when ripe. This pepper is also called Aji Cubanela. It has very little heat and comparing it to a bell, it is thinner walled and longer. The pepper is mainly used for frying or stuffing. Most of the peppers found are imported from the Dominican Republic. The pepper can range in heat from 100-1000 SHU.
