This pepper is both sweet and mildly hot. It starts as a light green and turns to a creamy white when ripe. The plant itself can grow to over 4 feet in height. The flavor is a nice citrus but a little hotter than the original Aji Fantasy. I have read that Peter Merle in the Canary Islands off of Spain is the person who developed this variety.
