Description

This pepper goes by a few different names. Takanotsume, Hawk Claw, and Rooster spur. Originally developed in the United States, this high yeilding Annuum was widely spread around the world. Now it is a staple in Japanese cuisine. This peppers was named for its claw like shape. Pods ripen from green to red taking 85 days to ripen from seed. Great for containers.
