Description

These long thin peppers grow to be about 4-5" long and pack a nice mild heat level (10K SHU) with a clean flavour. The walls are quite thin which makes them perfect peppers for drying and being further processed into flakes. Like most Asian peppers they contain a lot of seeds, which make up most of the mass of the pod when dried. The burn is similar to most asian peppers with a stingy up front attack on the tongue.

The plants grow tall with branches that are nearly vertical, and thus reach heights of over 36". They are highly productive plants that can produce upwards of 100 pods each. It is recommended that you tie these peppers to a pole as they are prone to falling over and/or breaking branches when loaded.
