Jay's Red Ghost Scorpion is a Chinense variety that was founded by a farmer named Jay in Eastern Pennsylvania. There are different variations to the Jay's Scorpion, but red is the most common. SHU is said to be around 800,000, but the burn is so fierce that you could easily mistaken it to be more. The pods are very similar to the original ghost in shape, but the JPGS has a more bumpy texture with a unique tail. They are great for making dry powder or in hot sauce.
