Description

One of the most popular heirloom types. Stunning looking 7”-long fruit that are white with lovely bright purple stripes. Very productive and produces in waves. Grows very large if not pruned and it thrives in heat.

It's as good as an eggplant can be I suppose. I'm not a huge fan of eggplants, but what I am a fan of is the ease of growing this along with the beauty and the crazy yields you get from the plant. Therefore I do eat them, mostly fried or in baba ganoush. The latter is perfect for this eggplant.
