Old variety, good producer,got six fruits from one plant , and in late September still have couple more small ones.

Heavy feeder, likes good compost , little slow to start in first month ,but after that plant got stronger and bushier getting lots of flowers. Fruits are large with thin shiny skin .Excellent flavor, great for eggplant parmigiana or just from the grill with little salt and olive oil.
