Monkey Face is one of the more interesting variety of annuum.  The plant produced very unique pods that sometimes resembles a moneky face if you stare at it long enough.  The pods are quite large and has a very pleasant sweet flavor.  Some people described the taste as having a slight bitterness, probably due the the large placenta in the middle.  This variety is a thick-walled pepper with mild heat, somewhere around the Jalapeno.  These are great for stuffing, eating raw in salads or use as a filler to thicken up hot sauce.
