Description

A red variety of the Yard Long Bean / Asparagus Bean.

Very productive in warm weather and will produce even when leaves are spotty and have yellowed.

Pick the bean when they are about pencil thick, before the individual bean seeds fully form.

And they do not lose their color after cooking.
