This plant will get to 4 foot easily and is a good producer. The pods begin a nice green color and when ripe, the pods turn a bright orange color. When they are opened, give off a highly fragrant odor of citrus. The pepper has thin walls and is very sweet with mild to mid heat, around 20-30,000 SHU. These peppers are very versatile so they can be used in cooking or dried to make a delicious powder.
