The most familiar of all Borage varieties, native to the Mediterranean. It features intensely blue bloom that come in clusters. A prolific self-sowing annual loved by pollinators and live stock alike (especially chickens), and blooms over a long period of time. In milder climates, Borage blooms for the majority of the year. Flowers are delicious and taste like cucumber and is a very nice addition to any salad.
