KS StarrGazer is a hybrid created by KhangStarr by crossing a White Thai with his StarrRacha Hornet.  The result is a variety that looks very much like a Thai pepper, but so much hotter and better flavor.  This pepper is best eaten green or orange, right before it turns red.  When fully ripened, the inside is very soft and is best for making hot sauce or salsa.  The flavor is described as slightly sweet and has a hint of berry.  Best characteristic of this hybrid is that it has very few seeds.
