Description

One of the most nutrition packed plant know to man. This plant is prized for its very high-protein leaves, its rich concentration of minerals and vitamins, and its heavy load of anti-oxidants! Leaves, blooms, seeds and immature seedpods, called “drumsticks”, are edible; seeds are source of a high quality oil. Moringa can withstand both severe drought and mild frost conditions and hence widely cultivated across the world. The leaves are rich in minerals, vitamins and other essential phytochemicals. Extracts from the leaves are used to treat malnutrition and is essential in some parts of the world.

A very fast grower and can easily get to 20 feet in its first year - despite being a dwarf variety. It has a continuous flowering habit and will provide flowers throughout the season.
