KhangSta F3 is a Chinense variety created by KhangStarr in 2015 by crossing a MOA Scotch Bonnet Yellow with one of his favorite Brazilian Ghost Red. Khang carefully grew them out, selecting only the best looking pods for seeds saving. To his surprise, there were two color variations from the few plants he grew. The seeds from those two colors were given to Dave in West Virginia to grow out. Dave's wife, Donna, gave this variety the name of KhangSta.
This variety produced gorgeous pods that have taken on characteristics of both parents. The fruits often look like a bonnet with a short tail. The flavor is described as being very sweet and fruity, with heat a little more intense than the MOA Scotch Bonnet.
